The Spa at Sacred Grounds is located directly off State Highway 42 in North Ephraim, halfway between the village of Ephraim and Sister Bay. When traveling north on 42, turn left onto Townline Road, which is about five minutes past the village of Ephraim. Look for our sign on Highway 42, across from Associated Bank.
